You certainly can! Go to the product page of the desired product, enter the license plate information and add the product to your shopping cart. Then you can enter the license plate information again for the second product and add this product to your shopping cart as well.

What is the warranty on your products?

For the (electric) children’s cars, scooters, walkers, etc. you enjoy a warranty of no less than 2 years.

Do the products still need to be assembled?

Almost all of our products come as a kit, but don’t worry – with the handy included manual and clear assembly instructions, everything is easy to put together. Ready in no time!

How do I recognize a 2-person children’s car?

If you see two seats, it does not always mean that the child car is suitable for two children. Therefore, check the specifications carefully! Use the handy filter options to sort products by the number of seats and easily choose between kids cars for 1, 2 or 3 people.

Do the children’s cars have lights and sound effects?

Yes, many of our models are equipped with working headlights and sound effects such as horns and engine sounds.

What is the driving time of an electric vehicle after charging?

Drive time varies by product, so always check the specifications carefully! However, most products offer a driving time of 1 to 2 hours when fully charged.

Are the children’s vehicles water resistant?

Unfortunately, our products are not fans of water adventures. So don’t leave them outside in the rain or driving through deep puddles. Don’t worry, a few drops won’t hurt!

Are electric vehicles safe for children?

All of our products are equipped with special safety features to make your little one’s adventure as safe and adventurous as possible. Our children’s cars are equipped with seat belts and children’s motorcycles have stable side wheels.The speed of our products is also carefully tuned for optimal fun and great safety.

Can I also obtain spare parts?

What is the lifespan of a battery?

Our batteries last an average of2.5 to 3 yearsand this is largely up to you. For example, make sure you charge the batteryat least once a monthto keep it in top condition!

What is meant by driving toys?

Our assortment of ride-on toys includes all of our non-electric toys, such as balance cars, balance bikes, go-karts, rocking horses and many more fun toys!

What are mechanical riding horses?

Do the quads have remote control?

Kids’ quadsusually don’tcome with a remote control, but we have a fewspecial modelsthatdo! So check the specifications carefully to see if your favorite quad includes a remote control.

What is the maximum load weight of a children’s quad?

The load weight of our products isbetween 25 and 35 kg, depending on the product. You can always find the weight per product on the product page.

What type of surface is my quad/buggy allowed to ride on?

Are spare parts for children’s motorcycles available?

All loose parts such as motors, lights and switches are available. Please note, of course, the chassis is not easily replaceable.

Is a mini motorcycle easy for a child to drive?

A child’s motorcycle isvery easy to drive! With a simple push of the pedal, your little one will be off and running in no time. And believe me, their curiosity makes them learn even faster than you think!

Are children’s motorcycles safe for young children?

Definitely! That, of course, is our top priority. Every children’s bike has either side wheels or three wheels, so stability is always good. And the low speed also greatly reduces the risk of injury!

How many hours should I charge my children’s car?

A children’s car needs acharging time of 6-10 hours. However, keep in mind that thiscan vary depending on the size and capacity of the battery. It is recommended tochargethe children’s carfor 10-12 hours on the first charge, certainly no longer than 14 hours.

What is the average speed of a child’s car?

An electric children’s car achieves aminimum speed of 3 km/hand amaximum speed of 6 km/h. The best part? The speed can always be adjusted by you via the remote control!

What age is a children’s car suitable for?

A child car is perfect for children from1 to 6 years old, but thismay vary from product to product. Always review the product description to see if the children’s car is suitable for your child!

How can I request a return label?

Not quite satisfied with your order? No worries! You have up to 14 days to return your product. We encourage you to contact our customer service team via chat or email for further information.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

With all deliveries through our carriers, we offer multiple delivery options. These options are offered by DPDDHL, and UPS. The specific delivery options are communicated by the carrier once your package is shipped. In addition to standard home delivery, this allows you to choose:

  • Delivery to a safe place at your home
  • Pickup at a collection point
  • Collection from our warehouse in Heusden-Zolder

Delivery attempts depend on the carrier selected:

  • DPD: One delivery attempt. If the delivery is not successful, the package will be taken to a DPD collection point. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to Motors Kids.
  • DHL: Two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be taken to a DHL POP collection point, where it can be picked up for two days. After that, the package will be returned to Motors Kids.
  • UPS: Three delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after three attempts, it will be taken to a UPS Access Point for pickup. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to Motors Kids.
